1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return requests only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong book delivered

  • Book received in physically damaged condition

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Conditions for Return Approval

To be eligible for a return:

  • The book must be in the same condition as received

  • Clear images or videos of the issue must be shared for verification

  • The issue must be reported within the specified time frame

Returns are subject to verification by ApniBook.

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor wear, markings, or aging due to the pre-owned nature of books

  • Delay in raising return request beyond 48 hours

  • Damage caused after delivery

4. Order Cancellation Before Shipping

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipping if the book is found to be unavailable or does not meet acceptable quality standards

  • In such cases, the full paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method

5. Refund Process

  • Once a return is approved, the refund will be initiated

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only

  • Refund processing time is 5–7 working days from approval

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or damaged book

  • Return shipping instructions will be shared after approval

7. Refund Mode

Refunds will be made through the same payment mode used at the time of purchase.
Cash refunds are not provided.

8. Final Decision

ApniBook reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request based on verification and policy terms.
